Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Trip Plan Cancellation (Users)
  • Wanderlop’s AI Trip Planner is completely free for all users.
  • No cancellation is needed since no payments are collected for planning services.
  • You may delete your saved itineraries anytime from your account dashboard.
2. Hotel Plan Cancellation (Property Owners)

Hotel listings on Wanderlop follow a subscription model (Basic, Pro, Elite).

2.1. Cancellation Policy:
  • Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime from the Partner Dashboard.
  • Listings remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • No auto-renewal will occur after cancellation.
2.2. Refund Policy:
  • No refunds for partial months or unused features.
  • In case of duplicate payments or system errors, reach out for review.
  • No refunds issued for listings removed due to policy violations.
3. Failed or Duplicate Payments
  • Report duplicate/accidental payments within 7 days with proof.
  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
4. Dispute Resolution
  • Email billing concerns to support@wanderlop.com.
  • We aim to resolve issues within 72 hours.
