Established in 1997, it is the hotel in which all rooms are sea facing. It is located  in the prime location of Kanyakumari from which all the major tourist attractions is too close.
    
It consists of 31 well furnished and well appointed a/c and non a/c rooms. Executive rooms are also available. The hotel is present in such a location that the sea breeze passes to the locality only after crossing Seaview Lodge.The buffet dinners can be held in the beach side, for the group bookings.
    
The parking available in the hotel is very spacious. Executive suites are well designed containing coffee makers and hair driers in the room. The executive suite is provided with a complimentary newspaper and the complimentary breakfast.
    
The sunrise and the sunset could be enjoyed from the room itself. All the rooms are provided with CCTV connections and 24 hours running hot water is available.
