The new Heritage Hotel of Abad Group- Grand Residencia-opened in Fort Cochin with grandeur of 140 years of history.  The open courtyard, long verandas, typical Portuguese doors and windows.. everything’s remains the same even after a century. There are 9 heritage rooms, 11 boutique rooms and 1 suite in Grand Residencia. All the rooms are equipped with A.C. Modern bathrooms, refrigerators, telephone and televisions. The beautiful swimming pool in the courtyard, party room which can accommodate 40people, the multi-cuisine restaurant and the reading lounge.
