Each of the 4 apartments comprises a front terrace with seating, a porch, beautiful wooden front doors opening out into a living room area with a three piece sofa suite and coffee table, plus a kitchenette with gas ring, sink, a kettle and fridge. There is a good sized bathroom with hot water showers - leading to the lovely back bedroom with air-conditioning and a plasma TV.

Everything you need for a wonderful family or couple’s holiday ! Or if there’s a few of you, simply book all the apartments for a great group vacation.

The rooms are cleaned everyday, with clean towels, sheets and toiletries provided. Just a few minutes walk away is a small grocers shop selling provisions such as tea, fresh milk, coffee, eggs etc. so it’s perfectly possible to cook up a quick and easy breakfast and eat it on your terrace without the need to rush off first thing.

And then when you’re ready for the beach, just amble down the road and you are right there on beautiful Patnem. Alternatively, if you fancy a swimming pool or a round of golf at the five star Lalit Grand in Rajbag, that’s only a 10 minute walk away - with Palolem Beach just five minute’s away by rickshaw or bike. The location is totally central to all three beaches in the area (and with the local town of Chawdi just a quick ride away too, for ATM machines, markets etc).
